Synthesis preparation method:
1. Direct nitriding of metal zirconium and nitrogen at 1100 ~ 1200℃.
2. Zirconium tetrachloride method is adopted. Using zirconium tetrachloride and ammonia as raw materials to prepare zirconium nitride, the reaction formula is as follows. Zirconium tetrachloride first forms an admixture with ammonia, which is then heated to 750 ° C to convert to zirconium tetrachloride (Zr3N4), and further heated to 1200 ° C to convert to zirconium nitride (ZrN). Zirconium nitride can also be prepared by the reaction of zirconium tetrachloride and ammonia in the presence of hydrogen at more than 1000℃.
Zirconium nitride application:
1) Zirconium nitride has good neutron properties, thermal physical properties and chemical stability under high temperature environment,
